Refund policy

Mulberry Blue does not have an exchange or return policy per se. Mulberry Blue shall endeavor to deliver defect free products to the purchasers and Mulberry Blue does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the return is expressly accepted by us in exceptional cases. Any items purchased on our website do not qualify for a return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to us within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return. Mulberry Blue holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.

We entertain returns or exchanges only in case of the products being damaged. Please note that these returns or exchanges cannot be made later than 20 days from the date of purchase. In the event you notice any damage/defect in your product, we encourage you to immediately email us at laltukanakia@yahoo.com along with an attached image highlighting the damage/defect in question.

The damaged/defective product’s refund will only be initiated upon Mulberry Blue receiving the product/s in dispute. The payment for the same will be refunded into the same account from which the purchase was made within 30 working days of product receipt. In such an event, we would be entitled to retain 3 % of the amount of the purchase made by you.

Please read item descriptions carefully, the sizes of products, the handling and care section, the wash/cleaning instructions before carrying out our purchase. Please also know screens and monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be similar, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees and costs which are non-refundable. Please also note that hand washing a product which is supposed to be dry cleaned may lead to running of color. In this event, we shall not be responsible for refund/exchange.
